Three arrested for drug possession

Duduza – Three young men, aged 19, 23 and 24, were arrested for being in possession of drugs by the EMPD Drug Enforcement Unit during and operation in Duduza on Sunday.

EMPD spokesperson Kobeli Mokheseng says the police stopped and searched a suspicious-looking trio of men found idling on Linda Street and found them in possession of nyaope and dagga.

“The trio is being detained at the Duduza Police Station, with their seized prohibited merchandise.
