KwaThema – KwaThema police are appealing to members of the public who may know the whereabouts of Const Siphamandla Jobe (26) to come forward.

According to Gauteng police spokesperson Col Lungelo Dlamini, the constable was last seen when he left a friend’s house in Geluksdal at approximately 5am on July 11.
He was wearing boxer shots, a yellow T-shirt, SAPS ceremonial jacket, a tie and no shoes.
Dlamini says he is not mentally stable.
