Local musician to take on the African continent
The 35-year old artist from Tsakane finally released his first ever EP titled Uthando Enginalo after two and half years of being in the music scene.
Tsakane – Local upcoming Afro-pop artist Collen Mogale, aka Spuku J, drops his first extended play (EP).
“I decided to name my EP Uthando Enginalo because I generally love love and seeing people happy and in love motivates me and makes me feel good,” says Spuku J.
He moved to Tsakane after high school and so far has managed to push his music independently, and describes his music as a sound which people who love music can easily relate to and find fulfilling and spreads positive vibes.

The EP consists of five tracks and he is currently working together with his new manager Louis Mashava.
His new music has received positive feedback from fans and local radio stations and playlisted his new offering to the music scene.
“The support we have been receiving for this project has been overwhelming and we are thankful for the love and support,” says Spuku J.
He says he wants to bring back the spirit of love to people who have given up on love or have had bad experiences when it comes to love.
“Many people, especially young people, are looking for love but do not know how to be in love and how to give love. “Through this album I’m conveying a message of hope to the youngsters who have lost hope.”
Spuku J says he believes that through his music he can bring about positive change as we all need love and love makes everything better.
He has performed at KwaThema Fashion Week and is set to perform in Zimbabwe this coming June at Washington J’s 50th birthday bash which will be taking place at Mazowe Bukawayo in Zimbabwe.
