“The initiative is free and everyone is encouraged to attend from 8am.”

KwaThema- KwaThema Bulithando Parkrun are encouraging residents to participate in the local running initiative every Saturday from 8am.

The Parkrun was launched in September to encourage residents to lead a healthy lifestyle.
