WATCH: Looters casually lift goods off East London truck
They go about their business almost as if it's just another day at work.
In a video shared on Facebook by South Africa exposed, a flat-bed trailer containing small plastic crates with bottles is moving slowly up a main road in what’s said to be East London.
Three skinny young guys in beanies then come along and casually help themselves in broad daylight.
The theft left many commenters outraged on social media, though there were some who said it also pointed to the struggles of the youth to survive daily. The Eastern Cape is among South Africa’s poorest provinces.
