A Cell C and CNA store in Lyttelton were robbed.

Goods worth more than R1 million stolen in Centurion were recovered in Johannesburg at the weekend.

Lyttelton police spokesperson Captain Dave Miller said the bust was made by the flying squad, Rekord Centurion reported.

He said the information was still sketchy and more could only be known later.

“But we can confirm that a Cell C and CNA store in Lyttelton were robbed. Business robbery dockets were opened at the station after the stolen goods were recovered in Johannesburg.”

Miller said more information would follow.
