Police have arrested four suspects following the robbery of a supermarket in Bergville, KwaZulu-Natal, with the store getting hit for the second thime this week, the Ladysmith Gazette reports.

A man sustained gunshot wounds last Thursday in one of the robberies after men who were armed with rifles barged into his store.

An exclusive video shows the men brandishing firearms and firing indiscriminately.

It is believed that some of those arrested are employees of a security company.

The video also shows how one of the gunmen attempts to hijack a white Toyota Corolla. The driver of the vehicle simply reverses away while being shot at.

This is the same store that was targeted on Sunday morning when about eight gunmen assaulted a Chinese national at the business.

Crime Intelligence Gathering (CIG) and K9 Unit officers made the arrests.

It is believed that some of those arrested are employees of a security company.

It is unclear at this stage if the company’s weapons were used during the robbery.

Police are still hunting for the rest of the gang, who are considered to be heavily armed and dangerous.
