Kaizer Chiefs management is said to have given their coach, Steve Komphela an ultimatum to win tonight’s MTN8 quarter final match against Cape Town City or there will be consequences.

A Phakaaathi source has revealed that Amakhosi management are unhappy about how Komphela’s team started their Absa Premiership campaign after their 2-1 loss to Bidvest Wits.

“Komphela has been told to get his house in order. He brought in new players but things have not changed and the team is predictable. He must win tonight or else… He better win,” said the source.

Komphela is in his second season as Amakhosi coach and is under serious pressure to start delivering trophies to Naturena.

Chiefs finished last season with their tails between their hind legs after failing to win any silverware.
