Feleccia has reunited with coach Ernst Middendorp at the Team of Choice after the two had a successful stint at Free State Stars in the 2015/16 season.
“He (Rusike) is a very good player, very strong and he can score goals. I think as a team we will do well,” Fileccia told the club’s website.
Reflecting on his first season in playing in South Africa where he managed to score six goals and stood a chance to finish as the league’s top goal scorer before suffering from a long term injury, Fileccia said he will not cry over spilled milk.
“What is done is done,” he said. “Last season is gone. This is a new year and there are some new players. The coach knows all the players very well, and as players we believe one hundred percent in ourselves.
“I don’t want to set a target. I will take it game after game, and I think that the pitch will talk for me, but I am confident for this season.
“We have a very strong team and the spirit is good. This season is going to be very different from last season.”
