Orlando Pirates defender Abbubaker Mobara believes a good showing at the Rio Olympic Games will attract scouts from overseas teams.

Mobara had a great game for South Africa’s Under-23 team in their opening match against Brazil.

The Pirates man kept Barcelona star Neymar quiet in the second half, making it difficult for him to make an impact on the game.

“Football is incredible. We stand a good chance to go to Europe if we have a good tournament in Rio. Going to Europe and getting that experience would be a good feeling, hopefully we will be blessed with that opportunity,” said Mobara.
